Brighton’s Coastway Radio is about to get freaky with their ‘creepy’ charity quiz night which will be held by volunteers on Monday night.
The radio station, which broadcasts to patients at the Royal Sussex County, Royal Alexandra and Sussex Eye hospitals, is now celebrating 25 years of broadcasting.
Coastway is run entirely by volunteers and runs with the help of sponsorship, donations and money from fund-raising events.
On Monday Coastway are holding a ‘Creepy’ pub quiz at Koba on Western road from 7.45pm and costs just £2 per person to enter, with money raised going to the station.
Coastway is a free to listen to 24 hour service available to over 1,500 patient bedsides. It broadcasts a diverse range of shows and music from Classic and world music, book reviews, sports shows and up-to-date news programs.
